Haywire Robotics Team 1569 strives to accomplish FIRST’s mission in inspiring young people to be science and technology leaders and foster well-rounded capabilities including self-confidence, communication, and leadership. Our motto is ‘Inspiring young people of today to be the innovators of tomorrow.’ By communicating well, participating actively, and exhibiting strong commitment Haywire Robotics strives to be a team that others can emulate. An important factor with our team is that we allow all students the opportunity to generate ideas, make decisions, and actively involve themselves in team projects. Winning for our team has little to do with awards and medals and more do with the advancement of student’s self-worth.

Our team works hard, proposes ideas, and creates the best possible robot that we can make. But, we don’t stop our creative and energetic spirits there. We also go out into our community and try to make it the best that it can be with our help.
The Robot - 2013
This years robot is designed to be a multitasking master. First off, an accurate shooter delivers Frisbee's(tm) to the goals, while an easy to use climber allows the robot to reach level 1 and score our alliance 10 easy points!
